The First Visit
On your first visit, we will ask for your permission to perform a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper Digital Vehicle Inspection to discuss with you exactly what services are needed to put your vehicle in top shape. You can then decide what you want to have repaired and when.
We will set up a computerized file on your vehicle to keep track of every repair from that point forward. We will show you just how our system works. Then we will review your regular service maintenance intervals and base them on your driving habits.
Follow-Up Visits
We will let you know when it’s time for your next scheduled service, including what you can expect based on the information in your vehicle file.
Professional Standards
Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only the most qualified technicians will work on your vehicle, and we will never do any repairs without your authorization. Every time we repair your vehicle, we will test it out. Then we will call you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction with your service visit. All work is conducted in accordance with a strict code of ethics.
Year-End Summary
We will provide, upon request, a complete Vehicle History Report summarizing all repair and maintenance items, as well as associated charges.
