If the company has a call center you speak to a different person every time. With me you get me 100% of the time. Some travel agents do this part time. What if you are on vacation and your part time travel agent is at their other part time job. Are they going to be able to help you? Probably not. when you call with a problem we get to work on it right away. When we know that bad weather is coming we watch carefully so that when the airlines issue waivers we get you rebooked immediatley for the day before or the day after When one flight is canceled people who act the fastest get rebooked. Bottom line, you do not have to phonen a call center like you would have to do if you booked with a tour operator or an online.
